Ο ρόλος του Customer Service Coordinator περιλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση όλων των διαδικασιών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών: εισαγωγές, παραγγελιοληψία, διακίνηση, τιμολόγηση και αποθήκευση.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνία και καθημερινή συνεργασία με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς πελάτες για την ομαλή ροή παραγγελιών και θεμάτων εξυπηρέτησης
  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση στοιχείων νέων πελατών στο ERP
  • Λήψη, καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών έως και την ολοκλήρωση της παράδοσης
  • Συντονισμός και οργάνωση φορτώσεων σε συνεργασία με προμηθευτές, μεταφορικές και αποθήκη
  • Έλεγχος και έκδοση τιμολογίων και δελτίων αποστολής
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και έλεγχος απογραφής
  • Καταχώρηση και επικαιροποίηση τιμών/τιμοκαταλόγων
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών σε ημερήσια, εβδομαδιαία και μηνιαία βάση
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση παραπόνων πελατών, σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης
  • 1-2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Κατανόηση αναγκών πελατών και παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων
  • Αυτονομία, οργάνωση και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
