Job Title: Portfolio Manager

 

The role of the Asset and Property Manager involves supporting and overseeing the management and optimization of the company's real estate portfolio. The goal is to maximize revenue and asset value through effective tenant sourcing, performance assessments, and investment strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, banks, and investment funds.
  • Provide detailed reports on property auctions and acquisition opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized database of real estate brokers and property showings.
  • Conduct property viewings and maintain records of visits.
  • Perform initial property evaluations for potential acquisitions, including primary market research and proposal assessments.
  • Track and document real estate sales tenders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for property acquisitions and sales.
  • Propose development opportunities for company-owned assets based on feasibility analysis.
  • Monitor new real estate laws and regulations, advising senior management on potential benefits and strategic actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Experience with SoftOne (ERP) is a plus.
