Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining and automating operational processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflow management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing process automation solutions using industry-leading tools, resulting in improved productivity and application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex process automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain job scheduling definitions, dependencies, and calendars.
  • Monitor and manage automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automating tasks and processes.
  • Integrate process automation tools with various applications and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop tailored automation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job executions and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and automation processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new process automation tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process automation and job scheduling tools such as Control-M, AutoSys, Automic, or similar.
  • Strong scripting skills (shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre).
  • Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
