Guest Service Representative

At our hotel, we strive to create an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. Our team of highly skilled Guest Service Representatives play a critical role in achieving this goal.

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Manage room reservations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Certificate of studies from an accredited institution for tourism or hospitality management.
  • Excellent command of English language, with additional languages (such as German) considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with GDS, IDS, OTA's extranets and Property Management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
