Job Title

We are seeking a German-speaking Flight Ambassador to join our team and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for every passenger.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to put your travel expertise into practice and start a new professional journey with a leading airline in the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a high level of fluency in German, and good communication skills in English. Additionally, customer service experience and knowledge of the hospitality/travel/airline industry would be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer requests via multiple communication channels
  • Entering customer information to issue tickets or update records
  • Explaining rules and procedures to passengers before boarding flights
  • Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
  • Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
Requirements
  • High level of fluency in German
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
  • Experience working in the hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
