Hebrew Language Specialist for Media Services

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Hebrew speaking customer support representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Hebrew speaking clients regarding streaming TV and movie services.
Your main focus will be on assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their viewing experiences. You will also be required to document customer interactions accurately in the system and collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in customer support is a bonus but not mandatory. Additionally, you should be able to stay informed about industry updates and product knowledge through training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is required.
- A passion for the entertainment industry and customer service.
