Career Opportunity: Customer Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for representing a worldwide brand, integrating into a multicultural environment, and developing strong customer relationships.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of English, and fluency in Latvian. They will also possess good computer skills, typing speed of 25 words per minute, and availability to work in rotating shifts.

The role offers a competitive salary with performance bonus, paid travel expenses, accommodation in a hotel for the first 14 days, and a renewable contract of 12 months. You will also receive health coverage and private health care, Greek lessons, and free real estate agency fee.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent a worldwide brand;
  • Integrate a multicultural environment;
  • Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;
  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
  • Requirements:
  • Fluency in Latvian (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
