Εργασία του Tools Master

Πρόκειται για ένα κρίσιμο ρόλο στον τομέα του εμπορίου εργαλείων χειρός και ηλεκτρικών. Θα πρέπει να εκπαιδεύετε τους πωλητές σε θέματα που αφορούν τα προϊόντα μας.

Κύριες Ευθύνες:

  • Διαβάζατε, εξηγείτε, δείχνουν.
  • Παρουσιάζετε και δειγματίζετε ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία και εργαλεία χειρός σε πωλητές, πελάτες και συνεργάτες σε όλη την Ελλάδα.
  • Εκπαιδεύουμε ομάδες πωλήσεων και έχουμε πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη.
  • Οργανώνουμε το demo van, το showroom και τα stand των πελατών, γιατί η εικόνα μετράει.
  • Συμμετέχουμε ενεργά σε προσφορές, παραγγελίες, εμπορικές συζητήσεις – είμαστε το πρόσωπο και η φωνή των προϊόντων μας.
  • Κάνουμε ταξίδια στην επαρχία (περίπου 1 εβδομάδα το μήνα), γιατί η δράση ξεκινά εκεί που βρίσκεται ο πελάτης.
