Consumer Insights Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Insights Strategist to join our global team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive consumer insights strategy that drives business growth and informs product development.

\

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends, as well as experience in developing and executing strategic plans. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

\

The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a consumer insights strategy that aligns with business objectives\
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans\
  • Communicating insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders\
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in consumer insights\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress and results\
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains\
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers\
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise on consumer insights and market trends\
  • Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations\
  • Participating in business planning and budgeting processes\
  • Leading special projects and initiatives as assigned by management\
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members\
  • Other duties as assigned by management\
  • Developing and managing budgets and resource allocation\
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts\
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and providing guidance to other teams and departments\
  • Playing an active role in knowledge sharing and training across the organization\
  • Monitoring and analyzing consumer feedback and sentiment\
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed\
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions\
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences\
  • Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams\
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company confidentiality agreements\
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management\
