Business Planning Developer Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering insightful reports on productivity, budget, and performance. Your expertise in translating data into actionable insights will support decision-making, and your ability to present and communicate findings clearly will impress stakeholders at all levels.

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Creating and updating dashboards to highlight main insights
  • Suggesting improvements for existing reports and proposing new requirements
  • Conducting proactive and reactive analysis
  • Compiling MTD productivity report vs. targets
  • Creating presentations for all levels
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders for the implementation of new reports

You will work closely with our team to achieve shared goals, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. We are looking for a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to problem-solving and a proven analytical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant area such as Business Analytics, Finance, or MBA is a plus but not necessary.

Skills

Proven analytical expertise with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Skilled in managing complex projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals. Problem-solving skills including assessing problem situations to identify causes, gathering and processing relevant information, generating possible solutions, and making recommendations and/or resolving the problem.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of Data Looker, Big Query, Data Forms, SQL. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Python would be a plus.
