- Our company is looking for a Customer Expert who will be responsible for supporting users of a cross-platform instant messaging service. The ideal candidate will have strong Italian and English skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
• Handle tickets and customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and on time.
• Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently.
• Work towards reaching targets set out by client statements of work as well as internal targets.
• Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
• Be an effective team player who can also work independently.
• Have robust multitasking skills (e.g., able to log calls and interact with customers simultaneously).
