We are seeking a skilled Search Engine Customer Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece.
In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to Slovak-speaking customers, helping them navigate search engine queries and optimize their online presence. Your expertise in digital solutions and commitment to excellent customer service will be key to empowering clients in achieving their online goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from Slovak-speaking clients regarding search engine performance and optimization strategies.
- Content Enhancement: Assist customers in enhancing their online content for improved visibility and engagement.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM for ongoing service improvement.
- Industry Updates: Stay updated on the latest trends in search engines and digital marketing.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with team members to share insights and refine customer support processes.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing training to develop your digital marketing and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic knowledge of search engines and SEO strategies is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
- Culture Adaptation: Willingness to move to Athens, Greece, and adapt to the local culture.
