Financial Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting customers with financial and banking services.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, utilizing phone calls, emails and chats to provide a seamless experience. You will also consult clients on best practices and resolve issues efficiently.

What you'll do:
  1. Be the primary point of contact for customer requests
  2. Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless customer experience
  3. Provide daily support and consult clients on best practices about their business
  4. Respond to customer inquiries about our client's new and existing services and solutions, as well as complaints - always in a professional manner
  5. Resolve issues as they arise - timely and efficiently
  6. Strive for excellence in every interaction, aiming for increased product usage and customer loyalty
  7. Be committed to meeting both personal goals and team targets


What you'll bring:
  1. Fluency in Dutch
  2. Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
  3. Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
  4. An interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desired
  5. Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality
  6. Tech savviness & learning agility
  7. A genuine sense of ownership along with an unbreakable team spirit
  8. Flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced environment
