At Playseas Group, we specialize in delivering entertainment solutions to the maritime industry through collaborations with leading cruise and ferry operators. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated junior Business Analyst to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process weekly and monthly financial reports for accurate forecasting and decision-making
  • Review and manage invoicing, revenue breakdowns, and supporting documents for seamless transaction tracking
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to clarify and confirm transactions for timely resolution
  • Liaise with our external accounting partner for financial coordination and data accuracy
  • Support and track invoicing workflows to ensure efficient delivery and minimize delays
  • Maintain and update financial records on internal databases for easy access and analysis
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management for informed business decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations) to ensure data accuracy and streamlined procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field for a solid foundation in business principles
  • Excellent command of Excel and Word for efficient data analysis and communication
  • Strong English skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration and client communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for timely task completion and error-free work
  • Ability to manage multiple monthly tasks and meet deadlines for meeting business objectives
  • At least 1 year of experience in a finance or business analysis role for practical application of skills and knowledge
