Customer Support Specialist for Logistics

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Spanish speaker to join our Logistics & Shipping Department as a Customer Support Specialist. This role will provide exceptional service to our clients through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding shipping and logistics services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about logistics processes and ensure they receive the information they need.
  • Document customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
