Optimize Supply Chain Operations

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maximizing cost savings across the organization.

\

Your Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of procurement contracts, from creation to completion.
  • Negotiate with vendors and secure favorable agreements.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to discover new suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Monitor purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines according to contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement plans.
  • Develop procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings.

What We Look for in a Candidate:

\
  • Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or purchasing, ideally in IT or Telecoms industries.
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and flexibility, including willingness to travel internationally when needed.
