Customer Support Specialist in Greece
We're seeking a dynamic and customer-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support across multiple platforms by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
Help users navigate account setup, resolve login issues, and address payment and technical concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Be a trusted advisor, particularly for customers with sports-related needs, providing guidance and solutions to their problems.
Address customer feedback with empathy, care, and professionalism, fostering a positive relationship between our brand and its customers.
Maintain service excellence by adhering to internal policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all customers.
Share insights and ideas that improve workflows and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
0-1 year of experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
