For the recruitment process to start, you need to be an EU citizen, or Schengen zone / EU passport holder, or have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding certificate of electronic submission.

What you will do:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, and more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account and passwords
  • Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting second-level support interaction experts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction


What you will bring:
  • Fluency in Hebrew
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
