Chinese Mandarin-Speaking Cybersecurity Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Chinese Mandarin speaker to join our Cybersecurity Customer Help Desk team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to contribute to the success of our organization by providing top-notch customer support and services.
About the Role:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring full functionality of antivirus protection, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues related to antivirus software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, fluency in Chinese Mandarin, and very good communication skills in English. You should also have experience working with antivirus software, knowledge of current malware and firewall products, and problem-solving skills.
