German Speaking Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a German speaking customer support specialist.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your strong communication skills and proficiency in German to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to meet customer expectations.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written).
- Good level of English for effective communication with colleagues and management.
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Strong written skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
