Job Title: Travel Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, handling their travel itineraries, resolving issues, and promoting our flight add-on products.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media requests from customers
  • Provide quality service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness
  • Report technical issues, customer complaints, and other problems

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent level of Italian (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
