Job Description

At Sol Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth production of volumes required, while monitoring the output and quality of the manufactured product.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.
  • Adjust plant control variables to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Develop skills to troubleshoot, evaluate process upsets and take corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot the causes of plant operational issues and alarms.
  • Participate in the maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in a production line environment, with a strong focus on safety and good judgment. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation is required, and experience in risk management and prevention is an added advantage.

  • Solid grasp of health and safety rules
  • Strong focus on safety and good judgment
