  • About the Role:
As an Operations Engineer at Sol Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Primary Production Unit. Your responsibilities will include overseeing production volumes, monitoring output and quality, and taking responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the efficient production of required volumes while ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and risk prevention strategies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to start, shut down, and adjust equipment according to production needs.
- Monitor and manage process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and alarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team.
- Participate in maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain production operations and distribution records.

Soft Skills: A strong focus on Safety, good judgment, keen initiative, English language proficiency, very good information-seeking abilities, good communication skills, and ability to execute productivity ideas and Best Practices.
