Are you fluent in Portuguese and familiar with digital cameras, printers & photocopiers?

We collaborate with the leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems to provide customer support for Portuguese speaking customers.

We equip successful candidates with a complete training on our products, as well as guidance on providing troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do:

Depending on the team that successful candidates will join, responsibilities vary:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
  • Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer
