As a Global Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company's financial transactions are compliant with local tax and legal requirements.

Role:

  • Invoice Creation
  • Design and Maintenance of Invoice Flows
  • Billing Logic Configuration and Management
  • Collaboration with Tax, Legal, Operations, and Logistics Teams
  • Regulatory Change Tracking and Scalable Process Updates
  • Support for Tax Audits and Audit-Ready Documentation

Responsibilities include creating invoices that comply with local tax laws, designing and maintaining invoice flows across multiple business models, configuring and managing billing logic and formats in ERP systems, collaborating with tax, legal, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and lawful billing, tracking regulatory changes, and translating them into scalable billing process updates. Additionally, you will support tax audits and ensure that invoice-related documentation is audit-ready.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years' Experience in International Invoicing, Billing Compliance, or Tax Operations
  • Strong Knowledge of VAT/GST, E-Invoicing Mandates, and Cross-Border Billing Rules
  • Experience with ERP Systems (Preferably MS Dynamics 365)
  • Understanding of Hardware Logistics and their Impact on Invoicing and Tax
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Handle Complex Regulatory Environments
  • Fluent in English; Additional Languages (Especially German) Are a Strong Plus
