Η συγκεκριμένη θέση προϋποθέτει ευγένεια και ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση προς πελάτες με οφειλές. Είναι σημαντικό να διατηρείς την ψυχραιμία σου σε περίπτωση που ο συνομιλητής σου είναι απότομος και προσβλητικός. Ως μέλος της ομάδας θα αποκτήσεις γνώση και προοπτική επαγγελματικής και οικονομικής εξέλιξης. Τέλος, η παραγωγικότητά σου θα είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με αντίστοιχα bonus επίτευξης στόχων. **Ως Financial Advisor**:
- Θα επικοινωνείς με πελάτες ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών τραπεζικών προϊόντων
- Θα προσδιορίζεις τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και την ικανότητα αποπληρωμής των οφειλών του
- Θα συμφωνείς πλάνο ρύθμισης των οφειλών, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα πολιτική.
**Ο ιδανικός Financial Advisor θα έχει**:
- Απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε συναφή θέση
- Απαραίτητη γνώση MS Office
- Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο
**Ως εργαζόμενος θα έχεις**:
- Μηνιαίες καθαρές αποδοχές εύρους 885,00€ - 1080,00€ και ασφάλιση ΙΚΑ
- Μηνιαία Bonus παραγωγικότητας από 100€ έως 300€
- Ιδιωτική ασφάλιση
- Πενθήμερη απασχόληση Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή
- Πρωινή απασχόληση σε δύο 09:00 - 17:00 (Μία εβδομάδα το μήνα 11:00-19:00)
- Δυνατότητα μετακίνησης με εταιρικό λεωφορείο με αφετηρία την Καλλιθέα και το Κερατσίνι (Ενδιάμεσες στάσεις)
