Imports Coordinator
**(Κωδ. Θέσης**: IMP)
**Ρόλος**: Ο νέος συνεργάτης θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την εποπτεία και την σωστή οργάνωση των εισερχόμενων φορτίων μέσω οδικού, θαλάσσιου και αεροπορικού δικτύου. Θα συντονίζει την αλυσίδα μεταφοράς για την ομαλή διεκπεραίωση παραλαβών, επιβεβαιώνοντας την εφαρμογή και την τήρηση των διαδικασιών λειτουργίας της εταιρείας. Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Διευθυντή Αγορών.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Έρευνα αγοράς για τις πλέον συμφέρουσες τιμές τόσο σε πλήρη όσο και σε groupage φορτία ή συμφορτώσεις.
Οργάνωση και προγραμματισμός των αναθέσεων φορτίων στις συνεργαζόμενες μεταφορικές.
Εποπτεία εκκρεμοτήτων και παρακολούθηση πορείας εκτέλεσης εισερχόμενων φορτίων.
Επικοινωνία με εκτελωνιστικά γραφεία.
Ενημέρωση όλων των εμπλεκόμενων τμημάτων της εταιρείας.
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ Logistics, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς κλάδου
Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
Εμπειρία 1-3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση ευθύνης.
Άριστη χρήση Ms Office Excel.
Πολύ καλή γνώση λογισμικού ERP (Entersoft θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν)
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός & προφορικός λόγος).
Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης προτεραιοτήτων και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια.
