Ο βραβευμένος Chef Μιχάλης Νουρλόγλου, με διακρίσεις τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό, αναζητά ταλαντούχα και δημιουργικά άτομα για να στελεχώσει την ομάδα του για το εστιατόριο Brunello Cucina e Vinoteca, στο Κολωνακι.

**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Σπουδές στον κλάδο της μαγειρικής τέχνης θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν.
Ανάλογη εμπειρία σε κουζίνα εστιατορίου
Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί
Ενθουσιασμός, ομαδικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και όρεξη να εξελιχτείτε και να γίνετε μέλος μιας διαρκώς αναπτυσσόμενης ομάδας.
**Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες**:
Θα προετοιμάζετε τον χώρο εργασίας σας (mise en place)
Θα βεβαιώνετε κάθε στιγμή ότι ο χώρος εργασίας σας είναι σε καλή κατάσταση και καθαρός
Θα βεβαιώνετε ότι όλες οι πρώτες ύλες είναι σωστά αποθηκευμένες και ότι πληρούν τους κανόνες υγιεινής
Θα προετοιμάζετετις πρώτες ύλες και θα μαγειρεύετε ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες που σας δίνει ο Chef
Ικανότητα να ανταποκρίνεστε αποτελεσματικά σε ένα περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς και να παρέχετε υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες σε ένα προσεγμένο περιβάλλον.
Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την επίτευξη των κοινών στόχων.
