**Chef de Partie**
Το **Birdman**, Japanese grill & pub, κρυμμένο σε ένα δρομάκι στην καρδιά της Αθήνας, άνοιξε τις πόρτες του το 2018 με στόχο να προσφέρει ένα μείγμα ελληνικών και ιαπωνικών παραδόσεων, συνδυάζοντας τη γαστρονομία και τον πολιτισμό του Τόκιο με την ποιότητα υλικών που προέρχονται από ελληνικά και άλλα μέρη της Μεσογείου.
**Περιγραφή θέσης**
Η ομάδα μας μεγαλώνει και αναζητά έμπειρο **Chef de Partie** για να ενταχθεί σε αυτήν. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος στην προετοιμασία του μενού σε συνεργασία με τον Executive Chef και τον Sous Chef.
**Αρμοδιότητες**
- Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία των παραγγελιών καθώς και στην προπαρασκευαστική διαδικασία
- Προετοιμασία των υλικών που θα πρέπει να είναι τακτικά διαθέσιμα (λαχανικών, μπαχαρικών, κτλ.)
- Συνεχής έλεγχος των προμηθειών και διασφάλιση της επάρκειάς τους ανά πάσα στιγμή
- Εκτέλεση των οδηγιών του Executive Chef ή του Sous Chef
- Βελτίωση στην παραγωγικότητα του τμήματος με έμφαση στην ταχύτητα και την ποιότητα του φαγητού
- Οικοδόμηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης, σεβασμού και συνεργασίας μεταξύ των μελών της ομάδας της κουζίνας
- Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανονισμών υγιεινής σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς τροφίμων και ποτών / υγείας και ασφάλειας
**Προσόντα**
- 3+ έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση
- Πτυχίο Μαγειρικής Τέχνης
- Άριστες γνώσεις κρεοπωλείου και χειρισμού αντίστοιχων μηχανημάτων
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής οργάνωσης εργασιών και διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Ομαδικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα, με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
- Γνώση συστημάτων HACCP και ISO
