**Αρμοδιότητες**
- Παρακολούθηση και μεγιστοποίηση των καταστημάτων σύμφωνα με τους στόχους, την εμπορική πολιτική, τις διαδικασίες και τις αξίες της εταιρίας.
- Διατήρηση ενός ομαλού συστήματος σχεδιασμού, συντονισμού, παρακολούθησης και ολοκλήρωσης εργασιών που οδηγούν στην επίτευξη των στόχων της εταιρίας.
- Δημιουργία φιλικού και επαγγελματικού περιβάλλοντος για πελάτες και συναδέλφους.
- Παρακολούθηση των KPIS των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του βάση στόχων
- Καθημερινές επισκέψεις στα καταστήματα
- Αξιολόγηση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Διασφάλιση των υψηλών προτύπων της εταιρίας στα καταστήματα
**Εμπειρία και γνώσεις**:
- Άριστη γνώση και εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις λιανικής
- Προηγούμενη τριετής εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Φιλική, ευγενική προσωπικότητα με θετική στάση
- Ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Ακρίβεια, οργάνωση, προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια και ομαδικότητα
- Γνώσεις Η/Υ excel/ teams/ERP
