**Αρμοδιότητες**
Οι αρμοδιότητες που θα έχει ο/η Υπεύθυνος/η Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού είναι:
- Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της εταιρείας
- Σχεδιασμός, οργάνωση και έλεγχος των δραστηριοτήτων του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης της εταιρείας
- Σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση του προϋπολογισμού μισθοδοσίας της εταιρείας
- Επίβλεψη όλων των διαδικασιών εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού
Ο/η Υπεύθυνος/η Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού που θα στελεχώσει το τμήμα της εταιρείας μας **θα πρέπει να διαθέτει**:
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση 2 χρόνια τουλάχιστον σε Μονάδα Υγείας.
- Καλή γνώση του Εργατικού Δικαίου
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού υπολογιστών και των εφαρμογών του MS Office
- Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, στα Οικονομικά ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο
- Τυχόν κατοχή μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (HR) θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
