**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης**:
Τεχνική υποστήριξη, σχετικά με συσκευές τεχνολογίας (desktops, laptops, εκτυπωτές, κινητά, tablets, Smart TVs), με στόχο την απομακρυσμένη επίλυση του εκάστοτε προβλήματος/αιτήματος
Τι αναζητούμε;
**Αν αποφοίτησες μόλις από την σχολή σου**:
Απαραίτητο Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής/ Τεχνικού/ Ηλεκτρονικού από ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ/ ΕΠΑΛ/ ΟΑΕΔ
Επιθυμητές τεχνικές γνώσεις σε τεχνολογίες Computing και Printing, λειτουργικά συστήματα Windows/ Android/ iOS, καθώς και γνώσεις Internet & Networking
Δίψα για εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη
Ομαδικό πνεύμα
Ευελιξία στο ωράριο
**Αν είσαι έμπειρος τεχνικός**:
Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση Technical Support ή Helpdesk με τεχνικές γνώσεις
Επιθυμητό το πτυχίο Πληροφορικής/ Τεχνικού/ Ηλεκτρονικού από ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ/ ΕΠΑΛ/ ΟΑΕΔ
Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε Smart TV setup και troubleshooting
Επικέντρωση στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη στόχων
Ομαδικό πνεύμα
