  • Lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines and high-voltage systems.
  • Guide and support technicians in safe work practices and technical execution.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with LOTO, JSEA, and other documentation.
  • Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure tool/equipment upkeep.
  • Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and mentor junior techs on compliance.
  • Coordinate with management and external teams during outages and critical operations.
  • Support 24/7 site operations, including rotating shifts and on-call duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (technical or electrical certification preferred).
  • Signature A authorization for electrical work.
  • 5+ years of experience in wind or industrial electrical systems.
  • Skilled in medium/high-voltage systems and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in extreme weather, confined spaces, and heights.
