Store manager /Διευθυντής-Διευθύντρια καταστήματος
**στα κατάστημα μας στο κέντρο της Αθήνας**:
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Εκπαίδευση ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού.
Διαχείριση και παρακίνηση του προσωπικού.
Εξασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.
Διασφάλιση της υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών του καταστήματος.
Επίτευξη μηνιαίων στόχων.
Τήρηση των προτύπων λειτουργίας VM του καταστήματος.
Συντονισμός της ομάδας με βάση τις λειτουργικές διαδικασίες της εταιρίας.
Συνεχής έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση για την έγκαιρη αναγνώριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις.
Ικανότητα διοίκησης, παρακίνησης, έμπνευσης και ανάπτυξης ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού.
Ικανότητες διαχείρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
Σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου για την επίτευξη των επιθυμητών αποτελεσμάτων.
Παρακίνηση και εμψύχωση για την επίτευξη στόχων.
Σωστός προγραμματισμός προτεραιοτήτων ,ιδιαιτέρως υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.
