To Pricefox.gr μέλος του ομίλου Αντέννα βρίσκεται σε αναζήτηση νέων μελών στην ομάδα πωλήσεών. Γίνε μέλος μία νεανικής και πολύ γρήγορα αναπτυσσόμενης ομάδας και βοήθησε το καταναλωτικό κοινό να εξοικονομήσει χρόνο και χρήμα στη καθημερινή ζωή του.
**Τι θα κάνεις**:
Θα υποστηρίζεις τους επισκέπτες της πλαφόρμας μας να διαλέξουν τη κατάλληλη υπηρεσία για τις ανάγκες του, εξοικονομώντας χρόνο και χρήμα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα:
- Αναγνώριση και ανάλυση αναγκών με στόχο την εξιδεικευμένη παροχή προτάσεων ασφαλιστικών και άλλων υπηρεσιών που διατείθονται από τη πλατφόρμα μας.
- Επικοινωνία με υφιστάμενους Πελάτες με σκοπό την διατήρηση της συνεργασίας και προωθώντας περαιτέρω την ανάπτυξη της.
- Διαχείριση αιτημάτων εισερχόμενων κλήσεων, επίλυση προβλημάτων και απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα που έχουν οι πελάτες σχετικά με τα προϊόντα που αγοράζουν από την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα μας.
- Διαχείριση sales leads μέσα από την πλατφόρμα μας και end-to-end διαχείριση του πελάτη μέχρι την αγορά του προϊόντος.
- Επικοινωνία με τις εσωτερικές ομάδες της Εταιρείας για την άμεση αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη.
- Συμμετοχή στους εσωτερικούς διαγωνισμούς πωλήσεων και συνεισφορά στην επίτευξη των μηναίων στόχων της Εταιρείας.
**Ελάχιστα προσόντα**:
- Να είσαι απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου ή τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
- Να μπορείς να χρησιμοποιείς άνετα Η/Υ και CRM συστήματα.
- Να έχεις πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
