Βιομηχανία τροφίμων με ηγετική θέση στον κλάδο της και με διαρκή ανάπτυξη και επέκταση των δραστηριοτήτων της σε όλη την Ελλάδα αναζητά Personal Assistant to the GM για τις ανάγκες της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της.
Καθήκοντα Θέσης
Η κατάλληλη υποψήφια θα αναλάβει υποστηρικτικά καθήκοντα του Γενικού Διευθυντή της εταιρείας, με στόχο τη θέσπιση προτεραιοτήτων και την εμπρόθεσμη υλοποίηση των διευθυντικών εργασιών, την ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών και την εναρμόνιση ανταπόκρισης των στελεχών και συνεργατών στις επαγγελματικές τους υποχρεώσεις.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πτυχιούχος σχολής σχετικής με το αντικείμενο της θέσης ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
Απαραίτητη επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 - 5 ετών, ως Personal Assistant σε διευθυντικά στελέχη εταιρειών
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών & Η/Υ
Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και συντονιστικές ικανότητες, εχεμύθεια στην τήρηση εσωτερικών πληροφοριών, πολύ καλές δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
Αναλυτική και συνθετική ικανότητα στην διαχείριση των πληροφοριών
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
