Με επενδυτικό πλάνο να διευρύνει την δραστηριότητα της επιθυμεί να προσλάβει Operation Manager, ο οποίος θα αναλάβει ευρεία γκάμα καθηκόντων για την εύρυθμη καθημερινή λειτουργία της εταιρείας.
ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΡΟΛΟΥ
Η θέση του Διευθυντή Λειτουργίας αναφέρεται στον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο της εταιρείας και η κύρια αρμοδιότητά του είναι η απρόσκοπτη καθημερινή λειτουργία των καταστημάτων σε κάθε επίπεδο.
Εξασφαλίζει την πραγματοποίηση των μακροπροθέσμων στόχων της επιχείρησης.
Παρακολουθεί και αναλύει τους λειτουργικούς δείκτες της εταιρείας και σχεδιάζει ενέργειες για την βελτίωσή τους.
Φροντίζει για την καλλιέργεια και διατήρηση άριστου κλίματος συνεργασίας μεταξύ των εργαζομένων του καταστήματος, παρέχοντάς τους υποστήριξη και αποτελεσματική καθοδήγηση.
Επικοινωνεί με τους επισκέπτες του καταστήματος, αναγνωρίζει τις ανάγκες τους, ανταποκρίνεται σε τυχόν αιτήματά τους και διαχειρίζεται τυχόν παράπονά τους, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά στις διαδικασίες καθημερινής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.
Είναι υπόδειγμα για τα καταστήματα εξασφαλίζοντας τα πιο υψηλά στάνταρντ για τους πελάτες και για τους υπαλλήλους της εταιρίας.
Διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας του καταστήματος (ΗΑCCP, ISO).
Υποστηρίζει το Marketing Department στο σχεδιασμό, εφαρμογή και διαχείριση της στρατηγικής για τους κλάδους λιανικής και χονδρικής, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της στενής επαφής και διαχείρισης των σχέσεων με τους συνεργάτες/προμηθευτές της εταιρείας.
Υποστηρίζει το HR και το σύνολο των κεντρικών γραφείων.
ΒΑΣΙΚΟΙ ΣΤΟΧΟΙ - ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ
Συνεργάζεται με τους Διευθυντές των καταστημάτων και τους Διευθυντές των παραγωγικών μονάδων για την διασφάλιση της αποτελεσματικής διοίκησης και οργάνωσης των καταστημάτων.
Συμμετέχει στην στοχοποίηση πωλήσεων, καθοδηγεί τις ομάδες για την επίτευξη αυτών των στόχων και ορίζει και ελέγχει όλες αυτές τις διαδικασίες που θα οδηγήσουν στην αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των πόρων της επιχείρησης.
