Customer Service Executive

Η Optimal HR Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, αποκλειστικού διανομέα κορυφαίων λιπαντικών για την ελληνική αγορά, αναζητά Στέλεχος Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Καταχώρηση / διαχείριση παραγγελιών πελατών (Πιστοληπτικός Έλεγχος - Τιμές - Πελάτες - Αποθέματα)
- Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων αποθήκης & απογραφή αυτών σε συνεργασία με το λογιστήριο
- Αποστολή παραγγελιών προμηθευτών & οργάνωση φορτώσεων από εξωτερικό σε συνεργασία με planning
- Αποστολή αρχείων παραλαβής σε αποθήκη (Κωδικούς -Περιγραφή -Ποσότητες - Προμηθευτές κτλ.)
- Διαχείριση Αποστολών / Επιστροφών
- Καταχώρηση Δελτίων Εισαγωγής & Αποστολής στο ERP & Αρχειοθέτηση
- Έκδοση & Αποστολή Τιμολογίων (μηχανογραφημένων, χειρόγραφων, ξενόγλωσσων, καταχώρηση ERP)
- Έκδοση Πιστωτικών Τζίρου (Ετήσια και 3μηνιαία) - Καλής Πληρωμής επιστροφών
- Reporting (Ημερήσιες Παραγγελίες, Υλικά Marketing, Back Orders, Παράπονα)
- Τηλεφωνική Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Διαχείριση Παραπόνων
- Αποστολή Δελτίων Δεδομένων Ασφαλείας και Τεχνικών Φυλλαδίων
- Πιστοληπτικός Έλεγχος νέου πελάτη σε συνεργασία με Οικονομικό Τμήμα
- Διαχείριση τιμοκαταλόγων & προσφορών
- Γραμματειακή Υποστήριξη Πωλητών ( Ετικέτες - Φακελάκια - Mail)
- Εξωτερικές Εργασίες
**Requirements**:
**Τί χρειάζεσαι**:
- Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
- Τουλάχιστον 4-5 χρόνια εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορική & γραπτή), οποιαδήποτε άλλη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office (ειδικά EXCEL)

- Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα να χειρίζεσαι πολλαπλές εργασίες παράλληλα
- Προσαρμοστικότητα σε μεταβαλλόμενες συνθήκες, προτεραιοποίηση εργασιών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου με ικανότητα τήρησης προθεσμιών
- Άριστες διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας σε όλα τα επίπεδα
- Ισχυρή εργασιακή ηθική και αίσθηση εχεμύθειας
