Η εταιρεία ZOETIS HELLAS, που δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα των κτηνιατρικών φαρμάκων, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει άτομο με σύμβαση ορισμένου χρόνου, που θα πλαισιώσει το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, με έδρα την Αθήνα.
Κύριο αντικείμενο αποτελεί η λήψη παραγγελιών, η εισαγωγή των παραγγελιών στο σύστημα, η επικοινωνία με τους πωλητές της εταιρείας και τους πελάτες για θέματα που αφορούν τις παραγγελίες, καταγραφή τυχόν παραπόνων, η επικοινωνία με τους υπευθύνους του παρόχου υπηρεσιών logistics και αποθήκευσης για θέματα παραγγελιών, συνεργασία με τα τμήματα εισαγωγών, λογιστηρίου, διασφάλισης ποιότητας.
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Απαραίτητη η εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον SAP
Θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα η γνώση στον τομέα pricing & rebates management tools (κατά προτίμηση Vistex ) καθώς και στο eCommerce tools (κατά προτίμηση Hybris )
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Άριστες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα, υπομονή, διάθεση επίλυσης προβλημάτων
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον τομέα θα εκτιμηθεί
