Η Avance, αναζητά Sales Administrator για το τμήμα διαχείρισης μακροχρόνιων μισθώσεων οχημάτων
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Καταχώρηση κρατήσεων στο σύστημα Wheelsys
Μετατροπή συμβολαίων σε μακροχρόνια
Παρακολούθηση συμβολαίων μακροχρόνιας μίσθωσης (Ανανέωση, Κλείσιμο)
Τιμολόγηση μισθωμάτων και υπολογισμός έξτρα χρεώσεων
Παρακολούθηση καταθέσεων
Συντονισμός διαδικασίας παράδοσης οχήματος
Συνεχής επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Πολύ καλή γνώση συστήματος Wheelsys
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Άριστη γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office (Excel, Word)
Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
Οργανωτικότητα, Συνέπεια, Μεθοδικότητα
Προυπηρεσία στον κλάδο του Rent A Car / leasing θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
