Τι αναζητούμε;
- Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη πελατών και επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων σε πρώτο χρόνο
- Έλεγχος ορθής λειτουργίας τεχνικής φύσεως υπηρεσιών
- Ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση συνδρομητών για την μέγιστη απόδοση των υπηρεσιών
- Διατήρηση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών σε υψηλά επίπεδα
- Ενημέρωση των πελατών για την εξέλιξη των αιτημάτων τους
**Requirements**:
- Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης ή Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
- Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
- Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
- Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
- Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία με έμφαση στο αποτέλεσμα
- Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας, με όρεξη για εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων
