**Η KSM HR**, αναζητά για λογαριασμό μεγάλου οργανισμού, **Υπεύθυνο Προγράμματος & διαχείρισης ποιότητας (Programme & Quality Manager)**
Oι κατάλληλοι/ες υποψήφιοι/ες θα αναλάβουν την τήρηση των διαδικασιών που ορίζονται από τον οργανισμό και θα συνεργάζονται στενά με τη διεύθυνση και τους projects managers του τμήματος.
**Προφίλ Υποψηφίων**:**
- Αντίστοιχη εμπειρία σε εταιρείες πληροφορικής / τεχνολογίας καθώς τα έργα που θα διαχειρίζονται είναι αμιγώς πληροφορικής
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε TQM ή συναφές θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Εμπειρία εργασίας με ομάδες
- Δυνατότητα multitasking
**Οι αρμοδιότητες Υπεύθυνου Προγράμματος περιλαμβάνουν ανάμεσα σε άλλες**:**
- Διαχείριση προγράμματος
- Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης σύμφωνα με όσα προβλέπονται στην εταιρική διακυβέρνηση.
- Παρακολούθηση διασυνδεδεμένων έργων.
- Συντονισμό δραστηριοτήτων μεταξύ των έργων.
- Εντοπισμός έργων που δεν έχουν ανατεθεί (unassigned tickets).
- Παρακολούθηση εξέλιξης της εκτέλεσης έργων.
- Παρακολούθηση χαρτοφυλακίου έργων (Portfolio Management).
- Συντονισμός δράσεων και συγκέντρωση στοιχείων για την υποστήριξη διενέργειας εσωτερικών ή εξωτερικών ελέγχων.
- Προσδιορισμός κινδύνων και ρίσκων επιχειρηματικής συνέχειας.
**Παρακολούθηση και εξέλιξη διαδικασιών**
- Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία νέων διαδικασιών με προτάσεις απλοποίησης και εξέλιξης διαδικασιών.
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού στην τήρηση των διαδικασιών, ένταξη αυτών στις ομάδες έργου (πχ. δημιουργία λογαριασμών στα υποστηρικτικά εργαλεία πληροφορικής κλπ)
- Παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών και ευρημάτων εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών ελέγχων.
**Έλεγχος και βελτίωση ποιότητας**
- Ανάπτυξη διαδικασιών εντοπισμού και αναφοράς προβλημάτων ποιότητας.
- Διατήρηση αρχείου των αναφορών ποιότητας και σχετικών εγγράφων.
- Διαχείριση συμβάντων/προβλημάτων και ανάλυση των βασικών αιτιών (Incident/Problem Management).
**Αναφορές**
- Δημιουργία και παρουσίαση στατιστικών αναφορών.
- Θα τηρηθεί απόλυτη εχεμύθεια στη διαχείριση των βιογραφικών σημειωμάτων_
