**Καθήκοντα**:
- Καθημερινή διαχείριση παραγγελιών internet
- Λήψη παραγγελιών και συντονισμός διαδικασίας κατόπιν επικοινωνίας με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Κατανόηση και προσδιορισμός αιτήματος πελατών, καθοδήγηση και παροχή συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης
- Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος κατάστασης παραγγελιών
- Υπεύθυνος για την ομαδοποίηση, το σκανάρισμα και την ταυτοποίηση των πακέτων e-sim κινητής
- Διαχείριση του website και του app της εταιρείας
- Καταχώρηση δεδομένων
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ, ιδανικά με γνώση χρήσης ERP
- Καλός χειρισμός γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου
- Προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες και αναλυτική σκέψη

- Κάτοχος αυτοκινήτου
