**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**
- Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιθυμητή η επιπλέον γνώση γερμανικών ή γαλλικών)
- Προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
- Καλός χειρισμός Η/Υ
- Δυναμισμός και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
- Ισχυρό ομαδικό πνεύμα, λήψη πρωτοβουλιών και καινοτόμος σκέψη
- Πελατοκεντρική σκέψη με έντονη διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης
- Θέληση για επίτευξη στόχων
- Διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες

**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Διαχείριση του υπάρχοντος πελατολόγιου
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση αιτημάτων
- Ανάπτυξη νέου πελατολογίου
- Επίτευξη εταιρικών στόχων
