Junior Sales Administrator
**Περιοχή**: Κηφισιά
**Ρόλος**: Ο/Η νέος/-α συνεργάτιδα θα αναλάβει τη διαχείριση των παραγγελιών και των τιμολογίων και θα λειτουργεί ως σημείο επικοινωνίας με τους πελάτες για ερωτήματα σχετικά με τα προϊόντα, τις παραγγελίες, τις παραδόσεις κλπ.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων πελατών
Έλεγχος των δεδομένων σε παραγγελίες και τιμολόγια
Έκδοση και διαχείριση παραστατικών και δελτίων αποστολής (παραγγελίες, επιστροφές, παραλαβές)
Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες σχετικά με τις παραγγελίες και τυχόν ερωτήματα ή πληροφορίες
Συμμετοχή στην καταμέτρηση προϊόντων στόλου σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα της αποθήκης
Δημιουργία συγκεντρωτικών αναφορών
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Απόφοιτος ΙΕΚ/ΑΕΙ
Εργασιακή εμπειρία έως 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ & Excel απαραίτητη
Εξοικείωση με συστήματα & πρακτικές CRM επιθυμητή
Δυνατότητα μετακίνησης ή κάτοικος των γύρω περιοχών

Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση
Άτομο με ομαδικό πνεύμα, οργάνωση και συνέπεια
Δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης του χρόνου
