**Store Operations Manager για τον Άγιο Δημήτριο, Αθήνα.**
Η φιλοσοφία της ανάπτυξης των καταστημάτων της **Battlenet **βασίζεται στη μετεξέλιξη των κλασικών Internet Cafes σε πολυχώρους διασκέδασης, εστιασμένους όμως πάντα στην παροχή ενός ολιστικού gaming experience.
**Προσόντα**:
- Εμπειρία 1-2 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση (εμπειρία σε κατάστημα internet café θα εκτιμηθεί)
- Σπουδές σε τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών Επιστημών ή Πληροφορικής θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
- Γνώσεις προσανατολισμένες στο gaming experience (hardware/software/gaming)
- Ηγετική ικανότητα στο πλαίσιο της ομάδας με άνεση στην επικοινωνία και όρεξη για διαχείριση και εξέλιξη επιχείρησης
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση F&B και επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές
- Έλεγχος και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού καταστήματος με έμφαση στους υπολογιστές
- Διαχείριση αγώνων και οργάνωση τουρνουά και παιδικών πάρτι
- Διατήρηση άψογων πελατειακών σχέσεων για την αύξηση της πιστότητας και την ενίσχυση της φήμης μας
