ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, leader in medical science, is seeking to recruit an energetic, Customer Service Support for its premises in Agios Dimitrios, Athens. 

Location: Agios Dimitrios 
Model of working: Hybrid
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, Morning Hours  
Contract: Fixed Term- 6 months, with prospects of renewal  
Reports to: Customer Care Supervisor

What you will do:

As a Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

More specifically:

  • Input and process customer orders using SAP Business One (SAP B1)
  • Issue invoices for services and charges related to hospitals
  • Monitor and arrange restocking of medical products stored at hospital sites
  • Communicate with customers by phone regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Support the internal team with administrative office tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1- 2 years of professional experience in a Back Office or Customer Support role
  • Any other specific skill regarding the role in question (Ex. AUTOCAD for engineers)
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
