Στην Worth αναζητούμε ένα έμπειρο Project Manager να ηγηθεί των κατασκευαστικών μας έργων. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να διαθέτει αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πολύπλοκων έργων, να μπορεί να διαχειριστεί αποτελεσματικά ομάδες έργου και να εγγυηθεί την ομαλή πρόοδο και ολοκλήρωση των έργων εντός των προθεσμιών και του προϋπολογισμού.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Προγραμματισμός, οργάνωση και διαχείριση πόρων για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση συγκεκριμένων κατασκευαστικών έργων.
- Σύνταξη και εκτέλεση σχεδίων έργου, προϋπολογισμών και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
- Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις κατασκευαστικές προδιαγραφές, τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας και τις νομικές απαιτήσεις.
- Διαχείριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων που ενδέχεται να προκύψουν κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου.
- Επικοινωνία και συντονισμός με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη (πελάτες, υπεργολάβους, ομάδες έργου).
- Παρακολούθηση και αναφορά της προόδου του έργου στην ανώτερη διοίκηση.
- Οργάνωση, διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση έργου, διασφαλίζοντας την παράδοσή του εντός χρονικού πλαισίου, αντικειμένου και προϋπολογισμού.
- Επίβλεψη συνεργείων υπεργολάβων / προγραμματισμός και συντονισμός εργασιών.
- Δημιουργία και τήρηση συνολικής τεκμηρίωσης έργου.
- Έρευνα για την προμήθεια εξοπλισμού, μηχανημάτων και αναλωσίμων έργων.
- Αξιολόγηση των επιδόσεων των μελών της ομάδας και προσδιορισμός των σημείων προς βελτίωση.
**Απαιτήσεις**:
- Πτυχίο Πολιτικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού
- 5 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας τουλάχιστον στη διαχείριση κατασκευαστικών έργων.
- Εξαιρετικές διαπραγματευτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες.
- Ικανότητα να εργάζεται υπό πίεση και να διαχειρίζεται πολλαπλά έργα ταυτόχρονα.
- Προηγμένες γνώσεις MS Office και λογισμικού διαχείρισης έργων.
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε ομάδα και ηγεσίας ομάδων έργου.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
