Κορυφαία ελληνική εταιρεία, με ηγετική θέση στο χώρο των συστημάτων και υπηρεσιών ασφαλείας στην Ελλάδα,
αναζητά Recruiting & Training Manager για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού της.
**Καθήκοντα Θέσης**
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα ασχοληθεί για μεγάλο αριθμό εργαζομένων με τον προσδιορισμό των αναγκών στελέχωσης
και την ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών πρόσληψης, την προσέλκυση των κατάλληλων υποψηφίων, τη διαλογή και αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών σημειωμάτων, την υλοποίηση νέων μεθόδων στελέχωσης, την επικοινωνία με την διοίκηση και την ανάπτυξη, παροχή και αξιολόγηση προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης που ευθυγραμμίζονται με τους στόχους της εταιρείας και τις ανάγκες των εργαζομένων.
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**
Κάτοχος πτυχίου κατά προτίμηση στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό
Σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία 5 ετών σε τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού σε εταιρεία με μεγάλο αριθμό εργαζομένων
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών & χειρισμού H/Y
Ικανότητα ηγεσίας και καθοδήγησης μιας ομάδας
Προσανατολισμός στα αποτελέσματα με έμφαση στη λήψη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας με άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
