What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Junior Database Manager to oversee and optimize our candidate databases, designing and executing data-driven talent attraction strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage, update, and analyze candidate databases.
Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns based on client needs.
Automate communication strategies (email, SMS, social recruiting).
Analyze data to improve candidate engagement and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job role requirements.
Utilize CRM & ATS tools for data and campaign management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (preferably Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
1-2 years of experience in database management or digital recruitment campaigns.
Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, CRM, ATS).
Understanding of bulk communication tools (email marketing, automation tools).
Strong analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and reporting skills.
